Tourism can be an enriching, spectacular, immersive, and educational activity… Tourism can have many characteristics, but one very important aspect is that it must be responsible.
At Arcada de Fares, we are members of the European Charter for Sustainable Tourism, as we are located in the region of the Garrotxa Volcanic Zone Natural Park. This certification is given to protected natural areas that commit to sustainable and respectful tourism. For this reason, in this post we offer a list of best practices on how to be responsible tourists while enjoying the environment!

This service allows visitors to explore the Garrotxa Volcanic Zone Natural Park at a relaxed pace. It is also part of an initiative under the European Charter for Sustainable Tourism in Protected Areas.

Park only in authorized areas.
