What are the reception hours?

Reception is open every day:

• Monday to Thursday and Sunday: from 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Friday and Saturday: from 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m., and check-out must be completed before 11:00 a.m.

If you arrive early, we can store your luggage until check-in time.

If you expect to arrive later than the scheduled check-in time, please contact us as soon as possible so we can explain how to access the apartment.

Is it possible to do early check-in or late check-out?

Yes, always subject to availability. We recommend informing us in advance.

• Early check-in: from 12:00 p.m.
• Late check-out: until 3:00 p.m.

Rates:

• Small apartments (studios, 2–4 pax, 4–6 pax, 2 pax with terrace): €30
• Large apartments (8–12 pax, 10–14 pax): €70

What do the apartments include?

The apartments are fully equipped and include:

• Fully equipped kitchen
• Towels
• Bed linen
• Cleaning kit
• Welcome detail
• And everything you need for a comfortable stay

Can I choose my apartment?

Yes, if you let us know in advance and availability allows it, we will do our best to assign you the apartment you prefer.

Are there adapted apartments and a lift?

Yes, we have 2 adapted apartments.
There is also a lift in the reception building, which provides access to all apartments except the two large apartments.

What does the breakfast include and what is the price?

Breakfast includes a selection of: cured meats, cheese, juice, bread with tomato, croissants, yogurt, fruit, and a hot drink of your choice.

It is delivered to the apartment between 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., and you can choose the time that suits you best.

The price is €12 per adult and €9 for children.

On busy days, a buffet is offered in our restaurant, during the same hours, where you can access freely.

What are the restaurant opening hours?

The restaurant is open from Friday lunchtime until Sunday lunchtime.

• Lunch service is from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

• Dinner service is from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

For groups of more than 20 people, it is possible to open during the week with prior reservation.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, we are a pet-friendly accommodation.
A supplement of €8 per pet per day applies.

What are the swimming pool opening hours?

The swimming pool is outdoor and open from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., for exclusive use by guests.

There is no lifeguard service.
Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
The ideal season for use is from late May to late September.

Is there a barbecue service?

Yes, we have a shared barbecue area. The large apartments (Arcada and Graner) have their own private barbecue area.

We provide firewood (you can also bring charcoal).
Use is allowed until 11:00 p.m.
Please let us know if you need us to turn on the lights.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
Between 14 and 7 days before: 25% of the stay.
Between 7 and 1 day before: 50% of the stay.
Same day or no-show: 100% of the stay.

No advance payment is required. The credit card is only used as a guarantee, and payment is made at reception.

We reserve the right to verify the validity of the card before arrival.

In duly justified cases of force majeure (medical reasons, flight cancellations or hospitalization), the penalty amount will be kept as credit to be used within one year.

The reservation will be held until 8:00 p.m. on the arrival day. If there is no communication, the property may release the apartment.
